The making of this dish we found in Jamie Olivers "Cook with Jamie: my guide to making you a better cook" was the easy part. Finding the ingredients was a whole different can of Tomatoes.
The recipe called for 5 portobello mushrooms and dried porcini mushrooms but we found a flavorful Yellow foot at the co op instead or the porcini. Finding the cannelloni for our dish was leading Cody on a fantastic journey through Boise.
